Upcycled Barley Flour Beer Bread Recipe
At Susgrainable, we transform nutritious barley grains, often discarded by craft breweries, into our upcycled barley flour. This flour is the key ingredient in our delicious beer bread recipe.
In our "Not a Baker" series, join Ben as he tackles barley flour recipes with no baking experience, stumbling through the process without any outside help. This beer bread recipe didn't turn out great for Ben, but he creatively upcycled the end result into next week's recipe! Hopefully you’ll have better luck than him! Watch Ben attempt to bake it here!
