I was excited to try out this pancake/waffle mix that I got in the bundle with the other products. I love the higher fibre & protein content than traditional pancake mixes and that it’s not too sweet. I added in some chocolate chips as well. This made for a quick and easy weekend breakfast. Would definitely buy again and I will probably gift this product as well as it’s a great housewarming or stocking stuffer size!

Stocking up for the sailboat- this works great as baking mix (add beer for quick beer bread), dredging oysters, savoury blinis and morning pancakes. Very versatile and very flavourful.

Made pancakes with this mix and they were yummy. Pleasantly surprised by how great this taste with upcycled barley flour. Didn't know this was a thing...how innovative!

The whole family was a fan! Great taste and texture. A fun morning activity...my boys loved making these with me. We sprinkled some blueberries in the batter for something extra.
