I will admit I found this bread mix lacking. I am not sure if it was my oven but the bread do not come out well.

Double batch

I didn't realize that the package actually makes 2 loaves so I ended up putting all the mix into the bowl at once. When I realized I needed to double the ingredients, I didn't have enough bananas so I added grated apple, cinnamon and nutmeg instead. It was sooo delicious!! We quickly ate one loaf and I froze the second one for school lunches.
