Chocolate Chip Cookie
Combine pouch contents with
- 2 chia egg
- 1/2 cup of plant-based butter alternative.
Follow remaining directions on the pouch.

To make 2 chia eggs, combine
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 5 tablespoons of water
Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes before use. This creates a delightfully gooey egg substitute.
Pancake & Waffle
Combine 1/3 of the pouch contents (1 cup) with
- 2 chia egg
- 3/4 cups of plant-based milk alternative
- 3 tablespoons (40 ml) vegetable oil
- Follow remaining directions on the pouch.
To make 2 chia eggs, combine
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 5 tablespoons of water
- Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes before use. This creates a delightfully gooey egg substitute.
Banana Bread
Combine 1/2 of the pouch contents (1 cup) with
- 3 chia egg
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large bananas
Follow remaining directions on the pouch.
To make 3 chia eggs, combine
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 7 tablespoons of water
Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes before use. This creates a delightfully gooey egg substitute.
